Main Responsibilities

In the Store:

• Provide excellent customer service
• Greet, advise, and assist customers with their purchases
• Handle transactions at the register
• Maintain the overall appearance of the store and restock products

Operational Support:

• Help manage customer service (respond to emails, messages, process orders, participate in various projects, etc.)
• Contribute to marketing initiatives (e.g., creating visuals with Photoshop, participating in promotional campaigns)
• Support the maintenance of the e-commerce website
• Participate in photo shoots
• Take part in warehouse operations and order shipping

Profile Sought

• Experience in customer service and/or sales
• Basic knowledge of marketing or content creation
• Comfortable with Photoshop (or equivalent tools)
• Initiative, autonomy, and versatility
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and adapt to shifting priorities
• Attention to detail and professionalism
• Positive attitude and team spirit

As a Retail Associate, you'll play a key role in the customer experience and in supporting daily operations. Your responsibilities will be varied and will include both retail and logistical tasks.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet and assist customers in the store
• Handle sales transactions at the register
• Respond to customer inquiries (in person, by email, or phone)
• Receive, check, and organize merchandise in the warehouse
• Help prepare and ship online orders
• Keep the store clean, welcoming, and well-organized
• Assist with inventory and stock management
