A model or size is sold out. Will you get more?
Most items in the hunting or spring collection are sold out for the season once they’re gone, but some items do get restocked.
To find out if a product is coming back, sign up for the back-in-stock alert on its product page. You’ll get an email as soon as it’s available again.
Also check our retailers: a size sold out online may still be in store. Find the closest one with our store locator.
The hoodies with a built-in mosquito net (Draft, Breeze, Junior) are sold out. What can I do?
Our hoodies with a mosquito net built into the hood are our most requested items in spring and summer.
Sign up for the back-in-stock alert on the product page, and check availability at our retailers.
I was told a product was available, but I can’t find it online (e.g. moose calls).
Our moose calls are sold online, at our store in Saint-Augustin-de-Desmaures and at our retailers.
If a product doesn’t show up on the website, it may be sold out online but still available in store. Check with our retailers or email info@connecoutdoors.com and we’ll check for you.
What is your return policy?
You have 30 days from delivery to return an item bought on connecoutdoors.com. It must be unworn, unwashed, and in its original packaging or with its tags.
Items discounted 40% or more are final sale and can’t be returned or exchanged.
Refunds are issued to your original payment method once we receive the returned items. Return shipping is at your expense: the cost of the prepaid label is deducted from your refund, unless the item has a manufacturing defect or we made an error.

How do I get a return label?
Request it directly from your customer account. You can also email info@connecoutdoors.com with your order number, product number, colour code and size.
We’ll send you a prepaid label; its cost is deducted from your refund. One prepaid label per order.
I’m between two sizes (e.g. XL or XXL). Can I exchange if it doesn’t fit?
Yes, in two steps: return the item for a refund, then place a new order in the right size. The return label cost applies.

I bought from a retailer. Can I return it to you?
No. Returns to CONNEC are accepted only for purchases made on connecoutdoors.com. For an in-store purchase, return the item to the retailer under their policy.
Where is my order?
Orders are prepared within 1–2 business days, then delivered in 2–7 business days (Express: 1–3 days in Quebec and Ontario).
When your order ships, you’ll normally receive an email with your tracking number. You can also track it in your customer account. Some orders arrive in more than one package.
My card was charged but I didn’t get a confirmation email.
First check your spam folder and Promotions tab.
If it’s not there, email info@connecoutdoors.com with your name, purchase date and amount, and we’ll confirm your order.
Can I add an item or change an order I already placed?
Yes, as long as it hasn’t shipped. Contact us as soon as possible at info@connecoutdoors.com or 1-418-878-1382. Once the package has left, the order can no longer be changed.
How do I choose my size (jacket, pants, hat)?
Each product page links to its size guide, with measurements in inches and centimetres and how to measure (chest, sleeve, waist, inseam, hips).

Which kit should I choose for the temperature and type of hunt?
Our Understanding our kits page compares all our kits, from lightest to warmest: Prospection, Revelstoke, Biome, Radar, Hurricane, Slikke, Modular 3-in-1, Anticosti, Infusion Vent, Induction Vent and Induction Xtreme.
For each one, you’ll find the temperature range, ideal use (active hunting, stand, blind), key features (hood, insect net, pockets) and materials. It’s the best place to start if you need something lighter than the Radar for early-season moose, or a warm kit for sitting still in the cold.
Is the liner included with the Slikke XT?
No. The liner isn’t included with the Slikke XT; it’s sold separately.
What is your warranty?
Products with the lifetime warranty badge, sold after July 15, 2023, are covered for their full useful life against defects in materials and workmanship. All other products have a one-year warranty from the date of purchase.
The warranty covers defects in materials (fabrics, fasteners, buckles) and workmanship (assembly, seams, bonding). It doesn’t cover normal wear, abrasion, improper care (tumble-drying, drying near a stove), accidents or commercial use.

My zipper (or cap, or lace hook) broke. What do I do?
For a purchase made on connecoutdoors.com, email info@connecoutdoors.com with clear photos of the issue, the model and product number from the label, and your proof of purchase.
If the return is approved, we’ll send you a prepaid return label. Wash the item and empty the pockets before shipping. Our team inspects it (1–4 weeks), then repairs or replaces it if covered.
I bought my product from a retailer. How do I make a claim?
The warranty also applies to products bought from an authorized CONNEC retailer. Make your claim with the retailer where you bought it, with your proof of purchase.
My item has a label error or a missing logo.
We’ll exchange it. For an online purchase, email info@connecoutdoors.com with a photo and your order number. For an in-store purchase, contact the retailer.
My gear is out of warranty. Can you repair it?
Yes, for some products. We offer a paid repair service. Send photos, the model and product number to info@connecoutdoors.com and we’ll send you a quote.
Do you offer a first responder discount?
No, we don’t offer a first responder discount.
Do you offer a discount for hunting guides and outfitters?
Yes. Fill out the promo code application form and our team will review your request.
Do you have a new customer discount?
No, we don’t offer a welcome discount. Promotions offered by our retailers are their own.
Can I combine promo codes?
No, promo codes can’t be combined: one code per order.
Does my gift card expire? Where can I use it?
Our gift cards don’t expire. You can use them online and at our store in Saint-Augustin-de-Desmaures.
Online, enter the code at checkout in the “Gift card or discount code” field. If the code doesn’t work, email us the code and a screenshot of the error message.
Can I pay with store credit?
Yes, store credit is accepted as a payment method.
What are your shipping options?
We ship within Canada only. Orders are prepared within 1–2 business days.
- Free on orders of $125+ (before taxes): 2–7 business days.
- Standard: 2–7 business days, rate based on your address.
- Express: 1–3 business days, Quebec and Ontario only.
Remote areas may take longer. Details: shipping policy.
Do you ship to the United States?
Not at this time. We ship within Canada only.
