Returning Merchandise

Returning products is easy. If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, return it within 30 days of receiving it, in as-new condition for a refund. All returns must be unwashed and unworn and in original packaging or with original tags. Refunds will be issued promptly to original form of payment.

When you receive your product, if you are uncertain about your purchase please keep it in its original packaging until you have decided whether or not you wish to keep it.

When returning items to CONNEC Outdoors, please ensure the product is well packaged and protected from damage in transit.

Manufacturer’s Defects

CONNEC Outdoors is committed to product excellence and stands behind the quality of the products it makes although, from time-to-time, manufacturing defects can and do occur. If you think your product has suffered a manufacturing defect please contact us. Items that are damaged as a result of excessive or long-term use are not considered faulty. Returned items that have been worn should be washed before return; sending unwashed garments may result in your product being returned to you.

If any of these conditions are not met, the return will be refused and the items will be returned to you AT YOUR EXPENSE.

HOW TO RETURN PRODUCTS:

Follow these easy steps:

STEP 1: Request a return material authorization number and returning label by contacting our customer service at [email protected]

STEP 2: Within your request, please specify order number, product number, color code and size you need to return.

STEP 3: If possible, reuse the box in which you received your order, taking care to remove or cross out the original shipping label with your address.

STEP 4: Affix the Return label sticker on the outside of the box.

STEP 5: Bring your package to the nearest carrier service.

STEP 6: A refund will normally be issued within 3 to 7 business days following reception or your package at our facilities.

Please note that CONNEC Outdoors Canada will only cover the return shipping cost if you use the pre-printed return label. Limit of one pre-paid label per order.

HOW TO EXCHANGE AN ARTICLE

If you want a new product, another size or color, you must return for a refund and reorder on our website.

When contacting customer service, please mention your original order number, the date the item was mailed out, the name it was sent under and the item’s tracking number if applicable.

Returns are accepted online only for products purchased directly from connecoutdoors.com.

For returns, credits will be issued back to the card(s) used to purchase the item(s). Please allow 3-5 business days from the return processing date.
