PRODUCTS WITH LIFETIME WARRANTY
To determine whether your product comes with a lifetime warranty, look for the badge indicating the warranty at the time of purchase. The lifetime warranty program applies to eligible products sold after July 15, 2023.
Connec Outdoors designs high-quality technical products made to be used in extreme outdoor conditions. If, however, you encounter any quality issues with one of the products covered by this warranty, we will guarantee it for its full useful life. This warranty covers defects in materials (fabrics, fasteners, buckles, etc.) and workmanship (assembly, seams, bonding, etc.). We only guarantee garments with manufacturing defects resulting from normal use of the product. Fabric wear is considered normal use and is not covered by the warranty unless it is premature.
PRODUCTS WITH STANDARD WARRANTY
Any product that does not bear the lifetime warranty badge on the label at the time of purchase.
If you experience any quality issues with one of the products covered by this warranty, we guarantee it for a period of one (1) year from the date of purchase. This warranty covers defects in materials (fabrics, fasteners, buckles, etc.) and workmanship (assembly, seams, bonding, etc.).
THE WARRANTIES DO NOT APPLY IN THE FOLLOWING CASES
· Rental and/or demonstration products
· Commercial use
· Normal wear and tear of the product resulting from its use (scratches, graphics wear, tears, degradation from UV rays, pilling, meshes, and snags)
· Damage caused by abrasion against surfaces such as Velcro or a strap, a zipper, a shoulder bag, a backpack, or a wetsuit
· Damage and breakage resulting from abuse, negligence, damage caused by chlorine or salt, improper maintenance, alteration, modification, accident, and/or misuse
· Damage in case of fire or spark on the product
· Damage caused by the dryer or drying in front of a stove or fireplace
· Damage in case of impact or fall
These limited warranties apply only to the original owner of the products purchased from an authorized Connec Outdoors retailer or our website, and cannot be transferred to a subsequent owner. Original proof of purchase must be provided at the time of the claim. This warranty is limited to repair or replacement with an identical product, at the discretion of Connec Outdoors. No monetary refund is offered for product damage beyond 30 days from the purchase date.
Connec Outdoors shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or exemplary damages suffered by any of the parties. This warranty replaces and excludes all other warranties. Connec Outdoors is not responsible for repair costs incurred by the user or the retailer. Any product replaced under this warranty will be covered for the remaining original warranty period.
How to make a warranty repair/replacement request:
1. Confirm whether your product is covered by any of the above warranties by contacting us via email at [email protected] and providing clear images of the damage. We will also need the model and product number found on the label. Additionally, present the original purchase proof of the product.
2. If the return is authorized, we will send you a prepaid return coupon with one of our carriers to ship the item back to us.
3. You must clean the product before returning it; it may be refused if it is dirty or odorous.
4. Experts from our customer service department will examine the garment to confirm if the damage is covered by the warranty (1 to 4 weeks).
5. If it is covered, we will proceed with the repair or replacement. (The timeframe depends on the availability of parts/replacement products).
6. If it is not covered, we will return it to your address.
*** We do not accept unwashed products or products containing any objects in the pockets, such as ammunition, scent lures, knives, or other unknown items. The garment will be immediately returned to the sender at their expense if it does not meet this condition.
REPAIRS ON NON-WARRANTED CLOTHING
It is normal for your clothing to endure rough use for several hours, days, or even years. Therefore, we can offer a repair service at the adventurer's expense for accidents not covered by the warranty on certain products and damages that can be repaired in our workshop. Contact us via email at [email protected] and provide us with images showing the damage, as well as the model and product number found on the label. We will be happy to explore solutions and provide you with a repair estimate.
