(A) Chest: Measure the largest part of the chest, under the arms, keeping the mesuring tape leveled.

(B) Arm: Elbow bent, start at the middle of the neck, pass through shoulder and elbow down to the wrist.

(C) Waist: Measure around the natural waistline.

(D) Inseam: Measure inside the leg, from the crotch to the ground. (without shoes)

(E) Hips: Stand up, feet together, measure at the widest part of the hips.
